PSA XENOV3 firmware version v1.3.3 is now out

PSA XENOV3 firmware version v1.3.1 is now out 

if you update this is the current firmware on the app. please not when updating the RGB VERSIONS to click 1st on the firmware page RGB (bottom in app) then choose 1 button rgb then saber will reboot (reconnect) then click firmware update, so it loads the proper firmware.  this doesn't need to be done for PIXEL versions.

V1.3.1 Update Summary

1, Added a new "knock/poke" action detection algorithm to achieve automatic triggering of sword dragging or stabbing effects by poking the ground, automatic triggering of melting effects by poking the wall, and a light wave to cancel the function; light wave to cancel the locked state is compatible with function customization.

2, New press and hold the main button to trigger the sword effect, let go to cancel the function.

3, New press and hold the main button blade up, first left and then right rotation trigger force lightning block effect, let go cancel function.

4, Stab effect and push away the sword to add mutual exclusion.

5. Optimizing the effect of stabbing and the conflict problem of pull-off sword detection, and the trigger sensitivity of stabbing is related to the pull-off sword sensitivity.

6. Optimize the value and adjustable range of APP tapping sensitivity (affecting the trigger difficulty of poking, downward stabbing, tapping and melting);

7, enter / exit battle mode to open sword state do a long press of the main button 500ms trigger.

8, Combat mode and blocking mode can coexist. In these two lock modes, you can also close the sword normally (only by holding down the main button), and the relevant lock mode switch status will still be retained after closing the sword.

9. Fixed the forced shutdown problem caused by the operation that requires holding down the main button to maintain the effect.

10, Redo the sword dragging light effect to make it more prominent and obvious

- ability to upload to saber via mobile device see details in pdf file below 

- ability to record new wav files and convert to saber sound files

- ability to change default functions of your choosing

- ability to now have Battery level  voice indicator on saber see customization feature to adjust

Recommended to upgrade via app for proper sync

once you download do the following in order

- Unzip file and click on folder

- open it in a separate window 

- if you dont have any modification made copy each folders  (fontconfig.ini) to match the folders in your sd card

- next click on the setting folder and add the 3x files located there to the setting folder of your sd card and override the current sd card files. 

once completed reload battery or hold power down button to reboot and upgrade.

latest firmware bug fix stable must update to v1.2.0 first then proceed to update to v1.2.5 if firmware is below v1.2.0

do not factory reset. download file and add to the setting folder overwrite any file you have there for update.bin finally remove battery and let the update run.  you can also update via the app xeno configurator. this is for manual upload.

This update helps with the rgb board version  bug where leds get stuck or you had uploaded manually wrong firmware add file to setting folder and reboot

Regarding the Xenov3 pixel only update v1.2.0 on the app below is the bugs and new togglez/addon its not a major update but address few prior exisiting bugs 

- adding ability to solder 2 buttons (on rgb also)

- toggle on or off bluetooth function (on rgb also)

- added ability for smoothswing sensitivity adjustment (rgb also)

- added ability to wire a motor crystal chamber (rgb also)

- fixed the config.tmp major bug (rgb also)

- added Deep Sleep Time adjustment  (rgb also)

- added pixel to rgb toggle

This is the xeno3 Setting default folder you can download this folder if your SD card goes corrupt, we do not provide fonts as we do not share unless your a darkwolfsabers.com xeno3 customer.  if you purchased from another vendor, we recommend reaching out for their font selection. otherwise this is the operating system you can create folders 1-34 as numbers per folder then add maybe free xeno3 fonts. download unzip then click into the folder to access the setting then add it to the main directory  once done reload the battery.  recommended card is a 16gb no higher

we also recommend connecting to the app the board has embedded 16 fonts you can add to the xeno configurator via bluetooth and update to the latest firmware
