Xeno is not currently mac compatible as mac will create random ghost folders that interrupts with the sabers functionality this was recently discovered during troubleshooting where the saber will skip fonts or act as if extra fonts are present but would not make sounds.

When placing an order. the customer will recieve a Verification of information email if there is an issue with the order details.

Yes.  When tracking is sent there is a warning not to use any voltage higher then 5v 1amp this means DO NOT use Iphone, Samsung blocks or USB hubs, Laptops or Playstation,, xbox to charge sabers it will potentially overcharge and burn out your boards. this is considered user neglect and is not warranted. you would then need to purchase a new internal core.  All electronics are pretested for working conditions. 

Orders Submitted have Currently and up to 9 to 15 Business Day Processing Time from for a tracking number. This means 15 days or less to ship out.  This does not include Weekends or Holidays

On over Seas Orders like UK, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, Africa etc.. .  if Order is Ready to Ship Also Known as RTS and listed in the Category as such for Example Negociator or Malicos then orders Ship Next Postal Business Day.   Please Be Patient as Orders Are Processed.  repeated update request will not expedite the processing period.

Once order is Finalized processing period and Shipped a Tracking number will be provided.  Be Patient as the Carrier used updates their website.  If Showing Pending Status This does not mean it has not been shipped if you have a tracking number, then the product has already been handed to the Carrier.  

NOTE: due to current conditions Scan updates and Package Traveling can have delays doesn't mean it's not been shipped.  be patient as it will update status in some cases it updates once at the closest hub. this has occurred. 

ALL customers are now responsible for ensuring package has a secure arrival location and someone is present we provide notification via the phone number provided Missed Delivery or Lost /Stolen packages is the Buyers responsibility for not Receiving package properly or unattended.  if you have issues in your area, we recommend contacting the Courier to hold package at a DHL or Fedex Hub for Pickup.

If there is an issue with purchasing using a Debit, Gift Card or Credit Card is most likely due to unverifiable information like Address of billling card and name not matching to the shipping information or the Address given is not able to be confirmed or verified by the processing system or the card has raised a red flag alert on our Security Fraud Filters. 

Due to current Monitored Fraud Alerts we are no longer accepting orders where the Billing and shipping information do not Match the Buyers  Card used Information.  

We do have a security team that now verifies this information via valid documented sources.  We Recommend using proper names and information to not delay your order as it will be put on standby until it's been properly confirmed or denied.  Orders with incomplete address or invalid addresses will also be rejected and refunded back for proper purchase to maintain accurate records on file.

We do not as it is not a secure location for packages unless in the Exception of University or Colleges that have box numbers for Students, we still require full address of the University or School to arrange this Order.  billing info must match shipping info of the college 

Unfortunately, we don't at this time due to military restrictions on batteries and other components a civilian address is required. if a military or pobox is used order will be cancelled and refunded immediately. you can then reorder properly 

No SD Cards nor batteries aren't covered on warranty due to customer potential cause of damage. We do provide sd card files upon proof of purchase. It is up to the customer to obtain a new sd card if card becomes defective or corrupted/unreadable.  This can occur by either static, mishandling, or potential exposure drops or scratches to card. 

New cards can be obtain at a local best buy, electronic store, ebay or amazon prime

Recommend card is sandisk 16gb ultra once u purchased and received card reach us with your darkwolf only purchased order number and we will provide you a download link with all files to copy paste to sd card.

There is a misconception created by vendors with zero knowledge of product in this market.

Dueling capability is not based on board type. Be it rgbx, xeno, proffie , golden harvest, cfx or verso. 

Dueling is based on blade type used. Example 

Rgbx is led style blades. Where blade is hollow therefore more resistant to impact. But material is polycarbonate. Now there are levels of thickness. In a blade. That determines strength durability they are.

1mm (display cosplay blade broghter cause of the thin layer. 

2mm ( moderate to heavy dueling) 

3mm (heavy blade less brighter but stronger and bit heavier)

Now Pixel blades only difference is leds are in the blade so this is determined by wiring  and thickness of blade. If the wiring is properly secure then dueling heavy is possible  dispite many saying no. Why they say no cause unlike ours and few other vendors the strip is 2x sided sticker strips while ours is a single two-sided rigid strip bendable and designed for impact.
