Do you accept payment plans?

Yes currently we accept Klarna purchases just go to the following link

Any Order purchased with an E-Check will not process until full payment is cleared?

We reserve the right to deny or cancel any E-check payment at any time and will not process order until payment has been cleared by your bank

What is your Current Shipping Time Globally?

Currently our shipping time is up to 10 to 15 days for a DHL Tracking number to be submitted on Selected Saber Items from submitted order date. 


If item is listed as BACK ORDER then up to 3 weeks from order date please be patient for a tracking number multiple messages will not speed up processing time.

Do you Ship to other countries other then the USA?

Yes We Do but customer is responsible for any fee associated with your countries Customs /Import Department. Darkwolf sabers does not cover the cost. it is the buyers responsibility to calculate and prepare for what those fees are if applicable to your orders. Any Orders returned due to non payment of fees or neglect of customs will apply a reshipping fee.  if this occurs please reach out to us to confirm what that fee will be.

What do i do if i need to return a product or be refunded?

Please follow the link on the return / refund tab for proper guidance and information. 

I recently Purchased a saber and have been having issues what should i do next?

Email us 1st for Trouble shooting if none of the support information fixed the problem. We will then try more intensive troubleshooting and evaluation of the situation before providing further guidance. 

How long is my purchase Warranty?

Each Saber purchase has a 1 year Warranty for parts and Malfunction not user related or inflicted. 


Please note Board and Specific Sound Boards aren't covered due to users ability to possible damage of item. Buyer should submit a video with clear indication of what the issue may be.  If we at darkwolf sabers find it to be defective we would replace after evaluation of the product is confirmed. We Call This After Service. You May be asked to send the product hilt or inner Core at the expense of the customer if core is confirmed defective not user related we will cover the shipping fee after confirmation 


we recommend using proper shipping cost for either repair or replacement.  please be patient as this is processed.  The Order number should also be provided to us.

I Recently Made a purchase but don't See My Order in my Account

This means you made the purchase prior to opening your account. the order will relink once tracking has been submitted 

Directions for opening Pelican case for first time:

With the number wheels on "0 0 0", slide the button to the right. Lock should release and case should now be unlocked and able to be opened 

My Switches Fell out from my Vader, Kenobi, Luke Sabers

These Are called Plungers they are not fasten down and are designed to be removable please slide the bubble or data card over the switch slots to secure them into place. if the data or bubble card is too loose you can add a bit of glue like e6000 or hot glue on the edges of the card allow it to dry and then rub it off it will then create a bit of friction in the slot 

Why is my Proffie Saber Beeping and wont activate ?

You most likely went into Volume Control Mode its' part of the Sound Board functionality. To Exit please follow the function instructions. Hold Saber Button and Clash(Smack) Saber at the same time you will hear a beep sound you can now activate.
